    A helpful and accessible compilation of original writings by major figures in Christian history.
  • Foundation for Reformed Theology
    Former Grace Covenant pastor Dr. Jim Goodloe now serves as executive director of this organization that encourages and helps pastors continue to study classical Reformed theology.
  • Monergism
    An excellent and exhaustive online collection of Reformed theology resources. Also very helpful section on church history. Very well organized, searchable by topic, very selective to incorporate only the finest orthodox resources.
  • Religion and the Gospel by Dr. Timothy Keller
    Pastor Tim Keller offers a helpful side-by-side comparison of the differences between religion and the gospel. A must read!

    A very helpful introduction to the 66 books of the bible. Offers a succinct, solid overview of each book.
  • How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth by Gordon Fee and Doug Stuart
    A great introduction to the bible, covering such things as translations, interpretive methods, literary genre, etc.
  • Love Walked Among Us by Paul Miller
    Miller’s study of the person and work of Jesus will move you to a great love for Christ and show you how deeply Jesus loved those with whom he came into contact, and therefore move you to love your neighbors more fully. Highly recommended!
  • The IVP Bible Background Commentary: New Testament by Craig Keener
    One of the most helpful resources for studying New Testament passages. Describes the Old Testament, cultural, and historical background that informs each chapter and verse of the New Testament.
  • The Kingdom of God by D. Martyn Lloyd Jones
    One of the finest preachers of the past century explains the biblical theme of the Kingdom of God, which was at the very center of Jesus’ own teaching.

  • Knowing God by JI Packer
    In his most beloved work JI Packer offers a fantastic series of small studies on great subjects, such as the trinity, election, God's wrath, and God's sovereignty, and more.
  • Mere Christianity by CS Lewis
    A classic exposition of the faith, written by one of the most compelling Christian voices of the 20th century. Lewis writes to make Christian faith clear, and show show faith in God is reasonable, even in a scientific age. A must read for all Christians.
  • Truth for All Time: A Brief Outline of the Christian Faith by by John Calvin
    Many are understandably intimidated by John Calvin’s magnum opus, The Insititutes of the Christian Religion. But few know that he was a proponent of communicating the gospel in a way would be intelligible to all sorts of people. This is his attempt to write a brief account of Christian faith and theology.
